Sirena Blair

Sirena joined Mortlocks Lawyers in 2024. She graduated from Otago University with a double degree in Law and Arts and was admitted to the bar in 2003.
Sirena advises on residential and commercial property transactions, subdivisions, commercial leasing, family trusts, estate planning and estate administration.
Prior to joining Mortlocks, Sirena worked in two leading New Zealand law firms with a variety of clients including local authorities, developers, business owners and private individuals. Through this experience, Sirena is able to connect and communicate effectively to give tailored advice to her clients in a thoughtful and clear manner.
