Paul Mortlock

Paul graduated with degrees in law and economics from the University of Canterbury.
For over 60 years, Paul has been involved in a wide range of legal and business issues, including providing legal advice to listed companies such as Shell Oil NZ Limited and PDL Industries Limited. Over his career, he has dedicated himself to providing legal service of the highest quality for his clients. As a result, Paul developed a reputation for being one of the most accomplished and experienced commercial lawyers in Christchurch.
Paul was instrumental in the establishment of Mortlocks Lawyers, later being joined in partnership by his three children, Lucy, Guy and James.
Paul is now a Consultant to Mortlocks, which enables him to use his extensive experience to assist the Mortlocks’ staff to continue to deliver the highest quality legal advice.
