Andrew McMillan

Andrew is a born and bred West Coaster. He completed degrees in Law and Commerce (majoring in Economics) at the University of Canterbury in 2014. Andrew joined Mortlocks in 2015.
Andrew has experience in a range of areas of law including property transactions (residential, commercial and subdivisions), relationship property, wills, powers of attorney, retirement village occupation agreements and company and commercial matters.
Andrew has a particular interest in working with first home buyers, including providing assistance on financing arrangements and KiwiSaver and Homestart grant applications. After recently buying his first home, he understands the excitement and concerns of first home buyers. Andrew enjoys helping people, in a very approachable manner, to achieve their goal of home ownership.
